Bill Doherty

Bill Doherty is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and President of ICD since October 2014, where responsibilities include planning high-quality conferences and trade shows across various industries. Previously, Bill owned and successfully managed BeachFire Bar & Grille from May 2006 to September 2017, overseeing all operational aspects to ensure profitability. Bill also held the position of Director of Business Development at the Storage Networking Industry Association from 2002 to 2007, managing revenue generation activities. Earlier roles include President of International Conference Development from 1999 to 2001, where Bill developed and launched multiple industry events, and Vice President of Conferences at Industry Events International from 1997 to 1999. A strong background in sales management was demonstrated as the Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales Manager at World Trade Center Boston from 1995 to 1997. Bill holds an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University, complemented by a BS in Marketing/Management from Salem State University.
