Melaletia (Mel) Jones

Mel Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melaletia (Mel) started their career at Hickory Farms, Inc. in 1994, where they worked as a Manager in Customer Service and Order Entry. Melaletia (Mel) later transitioned to become the Director of the Customer Contact Center at the same company. In 2011, Mel joined Archway Marketing Services as a Call Center Director, where they worked until 2015.

In 2015, Mel joined Johnson Controls as a Human Resources Supervisor, overseeing various HR activities in a manufacturing plant.
