Abigail Barr

Abigail Barr is a Partner at Ice Miller LLP, having joined in March 2019, where representation of management in labor and employment matters is a primary focus, with expertise in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and restrictive covenants. Prior to this role, Abigail served as Attorney 5 at the Ohio Board of Nursing, addressing employee matters related to FMLA, FLSA, and ADA, and managing discrimination charges with relevant commissions. Additional experience includes working as a Policy Analyst for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, participating in collective bargaining, and an Assistant Attorney General for the Ohio Attorney General's Office, where Abigail represented agencies in various legal matters.
