Fadil Bayyari

Frank M. Bayyari is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Ice Miller LLP since February 2022, Frank has previously held significant roles including Corporate Counsel for Amazon's Worldwide Operations, where responsibilities included leading legal support for MENA logistics and environmental sustainability initiatives. Frank's background features senior associate positions at Baker McKenzie and Frost Brown Todd, along with associate roles at Winston & Strawn LLP and Dentons. Early legal experience includes a position in the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Student Honors Legal Program. Frank earned a Master of Laws in Securities & Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religion from Oberlin College.
