Gregory Gorospe

Gregory Gorospe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently, as a partner at Ice Miller LLP since January 2017, Gregory advises developers, lenders, and joint venturers on various real estate and lending matters, focusing on commercial real estate development and leasing. Previously, Gregory served as General Counsel for WP Glimcher, Inc., overseeing a legal department and managing all legal affairs of the company. Gregory’s earlier experience includes a partnership at JONES DAY®, where advisory work encompassed commercial real estate leasing, development, and high yield bonds, as well as an associate role at Arter & Hadden, handling a range of corporate transactions. Gregory holds a Doctor of Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
