Jeff Dack

Jeff Dack is a Partner in Commercial Real Estate at Ice Miller LLP, with extensive experience in representing investment firms, banks, developers, and management companies in various commercial real estate transactions since February 2007. Notable accomplishments include negotiating ground leases and financing for a $150 million mixed-use development and handling leasing and financing for a new hangar and aircraft completion facility for a leading VIP charter service. Prior to Ice Miller, Jeff Dack began a legal career as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where involvement in various commercial real estate deals provided a solid foundation for developing a legal practice. Jeff Dack holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from Ball State University.
