Jeff Platt

Jeff Platt is a partner at Ice Miller LLP, where practice areas focus on commercial litigation, banking, employment litigation, and international law. With a strong background in defending legal malpractice claims across various legal fields, including business torts and civil rights, Jeff has developed extensive expertise during a career that includes serving as a partner at The Coman Law Group, P.C., and holding previous positions at Ungaretti & Harris LLP, the Illinois Department of Public Health as an Administrative Law Judge, and Hinshaw & Culbertson. Jeff holds an LLM in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, along with a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
