Luke Messer

Luke Messer is a Partner at Ice Miller and has extensive experience in political and legislative roles. Messer served as the Indiana State Co-chair for John McCain's 2008 campaign and was a State Representative in the Indiana General Assembly from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Messer was an Executive Director for both the Indiana Republican State Committee and the Indiana Republican Party between 2001 and 2006. Prior roles include work with Public Opinion Strategies, counsel for the Government Reform and Oversight Committee, and Sub Committee Council for Congressman David McIntosh. Messer began a career in the United States House of Representatives from 1996 to 1999. Messer earned a degree from Wabash College, graduating between 1987 and 1991.
