Michael Chabraja

Michael Chabraja serves as a partner in Ice Miller LLP's Tax Exempt Group since June 2018, specializing in risk management for large trade associations and nonprofit entities. Chabraja's expertise includes providing guidance on antitrust, governance, intellectual property, and member disputes. Prior to joining Ice Miller, Chabraja was a shareholder at Vedder Price from May 2011 to June 2018. Chabraja holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University.
