Pierce Han

Pierce Han is a Partner at Ice Miller LLP, bringing over a decade of expertise in federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial transactions, serving a diverse clientele from startups to large public companies. Prior experience includes a Partner role at Nixon Peabody LLP and contributory positions including Counsel and Associate.
