Jim Kelly has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Jim began their career at Allstate as a Tape Librarian/Back-up Computer Operator, where they managed a large tape library. Jim then moved on to roles such as System Administration/Network Systems Support Analyst at PARC and Xerox D&M, where they were responsible for file/print server backup/restoration and maintenance. Jim then joined Delta Microsystems as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries.
