Susanne Jørgenstuen

Susanne Jørgenstuen has a background in hospitality and law, with experience in customer relations, business improvement, and customer communication management. Currently, Susanne holds the position of Lead Go-to-market at ice Norge, where Susanne focuses on enhancing customer experiences through innovative development of support channels and automations. Prior to this role, Susanne worked at Norwegian as a Senior Consultant Business Improvement, Senior Consultant Customer Relations, and Customer Relations Coordinator. Susanne also has experience in hotel management and bartending. Susanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, hospitality, and economics, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree.
