Previous roles include Project Development Manager and Operations Manager at DA|BA Restaurant, where Mikael directed building renovations and executed marketing strategies, and Executive Research Manager at Fairchild International, focusing on establishing corporate partnerships and analyzing industry trends. Earlier experience as Operations Manager and Head Bartender at Splash Restaurant provided a solid foundation in customer service and inventory management.
