Michal Urbas

Michal Urbas is an experienced IT professional specializing in application management and system analysis. Currently serving as IT Application Manager at ICE since October 2020, Michal oversees the development and maintenance of a 24/7 system for streaming royalty settlements. Previously, at Softax from March 2014 to September 2020, Michal led a team of analysts while managing the end-to-end analysis process within the Software Development Life Cycle. Prior roles include Interim Project Manager and Product Owner at PKO Bank Polski S.A., where Michal introduced Poland's first prepaid payment cards for children, and Senior IT Business & Systems Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., focusing on digitalizing business processes. Additional experience includes managing electronic banking products at Raiffeisen Bank and serving as a Product Owner and Assistant in Branch Management at Bank Millennium. Michal holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Warsaw Higher School of Economics.
