Andrew Richman

Andrew Richman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of employment law and corporate governance. Since 1999, Andrew has served as Associate General Counsel at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), where responsibilities include managing litigations and investigations, providing counsel on employment matters, and advising management and board members on various business and legal issues such as antitrust and corporate governance. Prior to ICE, Andrew practiced as an attorney at Latham & Watkins, focusing on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense, and contributed to the firm's national hiring committee. Andrew began a legal career as a law clerk to Hon. Harvey E. in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Andrew holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BA in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
