David Peniket currently serves as Chair of ICE Futures US at Intercontinental Exchange, a position held since February 2018. Peniket was a member of the LIBOR Oversight Committee at ICE Benchmark Administration from July 2018 to July 2023. Prior to the current role, Peniket was President of ICE Futures Europe from April 2006 to September 2017. Academic qualifications include a BSc(Econ) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, earned between 1984 and 1987.
