Gunnar Blix is an experienced professional in housing market research and economic analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Housing Market Research at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Gunnar held multiple leadership positions at Black Knight, including Director of Housing Market Research and Director of Data Strategy, focusing on strategic planning and data resource optimization. With a career spanning over two decades, Gunnar has also been the Principal and Founder of Plum Sage Advisors, the Deputy Chief Economist at Equifax, and has held analytical roles at Equifax, Experian, CoreLogic, LoanPerformance, and Norkom Technologies. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
