Julia Liu

Julia Liu is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Manager of Payroll and Benefits for the APAC region at ICE since June 2016, Julia has previously held roles such as Payroll Analyst at Bloomberg LP, Associate Payroll Finance Controller at Morgan Stanley, and Senior Analyst Compensation Accountant at Goldman Sachs. Julia began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at EY and has also worked as a Human Resources Officer at Scotiabank. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
