Katie Klein

Katie Klein is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across multiple companies. Currently at ICE since September 2023, Katie previously held similar senior HR roles at Black Knight from April 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing complex employee matters and collaborating with leadership on growth strategies. Earlier positions included HR Manager at Quick Tie Products, Inc., and various roles at Life and Specialty Ventures, LLC, where Katie implemented employee engagement initiatives and leadership development programs. A graduate of James Madison University with a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Katie demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing HR practices and enhancing employee experience.
