Tuija Laine

Tuija Laine is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company since May 2022, providing HR partnership to management teams in private sourcing and operations. Prior to this role, Tuija worked at Tamro Finland for nearly a decade, progressing from HR Specialist to HRD Manager and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic human resource planning, performance management, and fostering a customer-centric organizational culture.
