Katie Vizas

Katie Vizas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Intercontinental Exchange since February 2016, Vizas has held various senior leadership roles focused on compensation and human resources. Previous positions include work at Deloitte in M&A services, Invesco Ltd. as Senior Manager for Investment & Sales Compensation, and Fidelity Investments as Compensation Director for the Asset Management Division. Vizas began a career in HR consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in corporate transactions, HR due diligence, and merger integration. Vizas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan, obtained in 1999.
