Uday Kavale

Uday Kavale is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer (Database) at Intercontinental Exchange since August 2019, Uday focuses on building Risk & Margining models for a diverse range of financial products and has developed regulatory applications for multiple organizations including CFTC and SEC. Prior to this role, Uday was a Lead Software Engineer/Architect at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included architecting complex rules engines for risk calculations and overseeing financial applications for Risk & Regulatory reporting. Uday also held positions as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies America and as a Lead Software Engineer-Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to significant projects for Merck Pharmaceuticals and Cisco Systems, respectively. Uday holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
