Dale Shermon

Dale Shermon is a Director at ICEAA. Dale has over 20 years of experience in cost engineering and management consulting. Dale has worked with clients from Australian Force Design department, armasuisse, Middle East, DGA, Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Future Fighter Capability Programme (FFCP) and Australian CFO. While in the UK they have conducted multiple studies for the UK MOD, Rolls-Royce, SSRO, QinetiQ, Atkins and the Naval Design Partnership.

At the same time their QinetiQ Fellow stipend has provided the opportunity to present QinetiQ capability at numerous conferences and workshops demonstrating continuous through leadership.

Dale Shermon has a BA in Technology from the Open University and an HNC in Aerospace Manufacturing from the Rolls-Royce Technical College. Dale is certified by the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA) as a Certified Parametric Practioner (CPP) and by the Certified Cost Estimator / Analyst (CCEA) as a Certified Cost Estimator / Analyst (CCEA).
