Mustafa Kheriba

Mustafa Kheriba is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various sectors. Currently, Mustafa serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Drake & Scull International PJSC and Mirabank A.D. Belgrade, and as Executive Chairman of Iceberg Capital. As CEO and Managing Director of Arithma Capital, Mustafa focuses on asset management in public markets, private equity, and real estate. Mustafa has also contributed to initiatives aimed at increasing female board representation through the Pathway20 Initiative with Aurora50. Previous positions include significant roles at Australian Gulf Capital, Abu Dhabi Capital Management, SHUAA Capital, and The Islamic Insurance Co. with a strong educational background from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Toronto.
