Ruby Schultz

Ruby Schultz is an experienced ESG Consultant and Project Manager currently working at Iceberg Data Lab. With a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Sydney, Ruby has previously served as a Senior Policy & Projects Coordinator at the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation, where they successfully led multiple strategic projects and built trusted relationships with over 300 companies. Ruby has also held various roles in customer service and interned at the Institute for Economics & Peace, showcasing a diverse skill set in both communication and data analysis. Eager to further drive ESG data projects, Ruby is focused on developing sustainable solutions aligned with climate and biodiversity regulations.
