Thomas Ermenault

Thomas Ermenault is currently the Team Lead for ESG Consultants at Iceberg Data Lab, managing a team focused on sales development across key markets including France, the UK, DACH, the United States, and Japan. They previously held various roles at Bloomberg LP from 2020 to 2024, including Senior Sales - Relationship Manager, where they sold enterprise solutions to French buy-side firms. Thomas also worked as a Business Developer at Relay France in 2012, where they contributed to the development of a new travel retail concept. Their early career included a consultancy role at Franklin Fitch and leadership training as a Second Lieutenant in the Armée de Terre. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and has completed preparatory classes at Lycée Alfred Kastler.
