Roland Stjernlöf

Roland Stjernlöf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roland started their career as a Senior IT Consultant at Teleca AU-System AB in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Senior IT Consultant at Volvo IT and Volvo Parts. In 2007, they became a Senior IT Consultant at Ericsson NSPS, where they were responsible for product maintenance and change management. In the same year, they also took on the role of Project Manager at Inceptive AB, where they focused on project management.

In 2010, Roland joined Wayfinder/Black Duck as a Senior Analyst and became a Senior Change Manager at Volvo GTT later that year. In this role, they conducted process analysis and improvements in the Change & Configuration Management area. Roland continued working at Volvo GTT until 2013.

Roland returned to Volvo Group Trucks Technology in 2014, this time as a Project Manager for Maintenance. Roland was responsible for managing the correction of faults found on trucks sold to customers. In 2015, they took on the role of Project Manager at Volvo Group Trucks Technology where they led cross-functional teams to introduce urgent problem solutions to quality issues for trucks in the field.

In addition to their corporate experience, Roland also worked briefly as a Teacher at Changemaker Educations AB in 2015. Throughout their career, Roland has demonstrated their expertise in project management, IT consulting, process improvement, and quality management.

Roland Stjernlöf attended the University of Gothenburg from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Systemvetenskap.
