Icebox Cafe, LC
Icebox Cafe has been a Miami Beach staple for more than 20 years, a dining destination dedicated to offering diners quality, well-balanced dishes and cocktails inspired by flavors of the world and is home to Oprah’s favorite chocolate cake. With a fresh take on infusing culinary delights with cultural experiences, Icebox Cafe continues to be a favorite for both locals and visitors thanks to owner Robert Siegmann’s desire to bring diners closer to the fabric of Miami through food. Icebox Cafe offers a modern American menu with global inspiration, serving breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner, with a focus on quality ingredients. A chef-driven experience features a diverse selection of dishes, along with an expansive wine and cocktail list, juices and award-winning desserts. Icebox Cafe’s success over the years has led to numerous expansions including airport locations at Miami International and Dallas Fort Worth International airports, as well as the creation of Fig & Fennel, an additional, Mediterranean concession concept for travelers. On October 1, 2020, Icebox Cafe Hallandale Beach opened as part of a new, a state-of-the-art facility, commissary and culinary training center in the City of Hallandale Beach. The facility consists of a 9,300 square foot commissary, with an attached 2,100 square foot fully-integrated, computer-controlled greenhouse.
