Ilona Golub

Ilona Golub is an Engineering Project Manager at IceCure Medical since September 2022, specializing in leading and coordinating cross-functional activities for products in both sustain and new product introduction phases. Previously, Ilona served as the Equipment and Systems Validation Team Leader at Dexcel Pharma from November 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategies for the qualification of manufacturing and packaging machines while managing the validation team. Earlier experience as a Materials & Validation Engineer at Arkal Automotive from November 2015 to July 2018 involved materials selection and project support related to quality and customer complaints. Ilona also gained research experience as a Research Intern at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014, investigating biodegradable iron-based alloys for biomedical applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Teacher Certificate from Braude Academic College, along with advanced project management training from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
