Laila Grace

Laila Grace is a skilled professional with a diverse background in technology consulting, operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Associate at Icehouse Ventures since March 2022, Laila plays a vital role in supporting early-stage investors in New Zealand. In addition, Laila holds the position of Board Observer at SeaLogs, contributing to maritime fleet management solutions, and participated in the Startmate Woman Fellow program in Spring 2023 to enhance skills in the startup ecosystem. Previous experience includes roles as a Technology Consultant at EY, where Laila assisted in a ServiceNow implementation, and Competitions Lead at Social Innovation New Zealand, managing nationwide competitions focused on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Laila also has experience in educational support and external relations, holding positions at The University of Auckland and SavY New Zealand, which aimed to improve financial literacy among youth. Laila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Arts from The University of Auckland.
