The leadership team at Iceland Foods has a history of working in various retail positions and managing different aspects of store operations. Many members of the team have experience working in supermarkets, such as Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, and others have experience managing supply chains and development programmes at companies such as B&Q. In addition to this, the team has a wealth of experience in marketing, asset management, and investment. Most members of the team have received their education from universities in the UK, such as the University of South Wales and the University of Birmingham.
