Wojciech Sroka

Wojciech Sroka has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Wojciech started as a Product Owner and Project Manager at Polska Kompania Reklamowa in 2010, where they focused on optimizing marketing campaigns. In 2011, they co-founded Mondeos, an online advertising service platform that connected advertisers with publishers.

In 2014, they co-founded SalesBee, a marketing automation tool for e-commerce that increased business revenue by 8% to 27% through personalized sales content. Wojciech also joined Documento in 2014 as a Product Owner, where they developed a document automation system that allowed for easy text tagging and integration with other platforms.

In 2015, Wojciech worked as a Product Owner for LINK4, a payment service provider that combined online payments with additional insurance options. Wojciech then joined BitBay as Chief Product Officer in 2013, managing one of Europe's largest crypto trading and exchange platforms.

In 2016, they co-founded BitBay Pay, a licensed payment service provider that supported cryptocurrency transactions. Wojciech also joined the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a Product Owner in 2019, focusing on building a platform that used private blockchain technology for transparent and clear transactions between start-ups and investors.

In 2021, they co-founded Norion, an innovation lab that aimed to support entrepreneurs in the world of Web3, DeFi, and Metaverse. Currently, Wojciech serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of ICEO - Venture Builder, a company specializing in building future-ready companies with a focus on FinTech, Big Data, and Web 3.0 technologies.

Throughout their career, Wojciech Sroka has demonstrated expertise in product ownership, co-founding startups, and utilizing blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.

Wojciech Sroka earned a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Wojciech attended this university from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained the degree of IT specialist with a field of study in Information Management from Technikum Łączności nr 14 w Krakowie. Wojciech completed this program from 2007 to 2011.
