Andrew Shaw

Andrew Shaw has a solid background in mechanical design engineering. Andrew started their career at AESSEAL plc, where they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and completed various qualifications in engineering. Andrew then moved on to Tyco Electronics, where they designed small electric motors and handled customer orders. At Siemens VAI, they worked as a sub-contract Mechanical Design Engineer and was involved in steel rolling mill projects. Andrew then joined Carbolite Ltd, focusing on sheet metal work and creating furnaces based on customer specifications. After that, they worked at SMS Meer, handling roller guide solutions for customers. Most recently, they held various roles at Iceotope Technologies Limited, including Lead Engineer and Senior Design Engineer & CAD Manager.

Andrew Shaw began their education in 2001 at Rotheram College of Arts and Technology, where they pursued a degree in BTECH National. During this time, they focused on subjects such as Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Andrew completed this program in 2003 and then continued their studies at the same institution. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Mechanical Engineering at Rotheram College of Arts and Technology.
