Kelley Mullick, PhD, has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Kelley is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology Advancement and Alliances at Iceotope Technologies Limited, where they focus on business development activities with OEM/ODM partners and technology alliances across the IT industry. In addition, they serve as an industry expert, board member, keynote speaker, and panelist, highlighting the importance of Precision Liquid Cooling in the edge/cloud markets for datacenter sustainability and delivering better TCO to end customers.

Prior to their current role, Kelley worked at Intel Corporation, starting in 2012. Kelley held multiple positions during their tenure, including Product Management and Strategy Leader, where they delivered proof points showcasing the optimization of the Intel 4th Gen Xeon Scalable Processor for microservices workloads. Kelley also conceived and patented the idea of pairing Application Device Queues and Dynamic load balancer to achieve significant CPU cycle savings. Kelley was recognized for their expertise in conferences and internal Intel events.

Before joining Intel, Kelley held the position of Technical Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Vice President at Intel Corporation. In this role, they played a critical role in setting up operations, objectives, and strategies for the global engineering and business organization for Data Center system products. Kelley also led efforts with the Board of Advisors and collaborated with Habana to bring a new platform featuring AI technology to market.

Kelley's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Intel, where they contributed to environmental initiatives, and as a Process Engineer in the Pathfinding and Technology Group, where they identified sources of defects on tools, leading to decreased tool downtime.

Kelley began their career as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University and also worked as a Researcher at Battelle. At Battelle, they managed a $1.2M program, led a team for the development of a chemicals and equipment database, and was involved in staff and resource planning, budget allocation, and proposal writing.

Kelley Mullick, PhD, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Walsh University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Kelley continued their education at The University of Akron, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2001 to 2004. Kelley then pursued their doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering at The Ohio State University, completing their PhD from 2006 to 2011.
