Bernadette Bulacan Starin

Bernadette Bulacan Starin is a legal tech entrepreneur and evangelist with extensive experience in market development and leadership in the legal profession. Currently serving as Chief Evangelist and Vice President of Global Evangelism at Icertis since April 2019, Bernadette is dedicated to disrupting traditional practices through technology, AI, and data science. As a Fellow and Global Council Member at World Commerce & Contracting, Bernadette contributes to raising standards in commercial practice. Previous roles include Vice President of Market Development at Quant AI, Director at Thomson Reuters, and Shareholder at Graham & Dunn, where substantial contributions to market strategy and emerging company legal support were made. Bernadette began a legal career as an attorney and founding team member at Serengeti Law and holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a JD with an LLM in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
