Brad Guilbault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer innovation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Head of Customer Innovation & Advisory at Icertis since April 2023, Brad focuses on empowering companies to leverage contracts for greater trust and improved business outcomes. Prior to this role, Brad held various leadership positions at SAP from 2016 to 2023, including Vice President - Solution Advisory and Director - Solution Engineering, where efforts centered on digital transformation and customer value.
