Nikhil Joshi has extensive experience in business operations and leadership across various organizations since 1996. Currently serving as General Manager for AI Delivery and Business Operations at Icertis, Nikhil drives multiple functions including Delivery Excellence and People Operations. Previously, Nikhil held roles such as Global Head of Business Operations at Zensar Technologies and Vice President of Channel Sales at Enrich, contributing significantly to profitability and service delivery across regions including APAC and North America. Nikhil's career began with notable positions at iGATE, where responsibilities included leading enterprise solutions and managing customer relationships. Nikhil also founded Transcend Systems, focusing on partnerships with leading tech companies in educational initiatives. Nikhil holds a PGCPM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
