Rajat Bahri

As CFO, Rajat Bahri is responsible for the finance function at Icertis, playing a critical role in all aspects of financial management to further fuel Icertis’ rapid growth and expanding operations.

Prior to joining Icertis, Rajat was CFO at identify management provider, ID.me. Before that Rajat was CFO of Wish, a leading e-commerce platform that he helped take public in a December 2020 IPO. While at Wish, he helped grow revenue significantly and expand the company to 80 countries. Prior to Wish, Rajat was CFO of Jasper Technologies, a leading Internet-of-Things Service provider, where he helped grow revenue more than 400%. Rajat helped execute Jasper’s $1.4 billion acquisition by Cisco during the company’s pre-IPO roadshow. Earlier during his extensive career, Rajat was CFO at Trimble Navigation, a publicly traded company for 8 years. and held leadership positions in finance at Kraft Foods, Maxwell House, and General Foods International. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

Rajat holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA from University of Delhi in Delhi, India.
