Prior to this role, Roman was the Director of Customer Solutions at SMITH, contributing to innovative commerce architecture. Roman's professional background includes key positions at SAP Hybris, including Director of CX Cloud Strategy, and various engineering roles at Micros Retail Systems, CardinalCommerce, and Flashline, Inc. Roman holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
