Swarada Khare

Swarada Khare is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory, restructuring, and assessments. Currently serving as Lead Analyst - Tax at Icertis since April 2023, Swarada has previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Walker Chandiok from April 2021 to April 2023, where involvement included international tax assignments. Experience also encompasses roles as Consultant at Transaction Square and as Articled Assistant at Chandorkar & Limaye, where responsibilities included handling statutory and tax audits, preparing financial statements, and analyzing variances in financial statements.
