Vishal Patil

Vishal Patil has extensive experience in technical support and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Manager for PMO & Release Management and Senior Manager for Cloud Operations at Icertis since December 2020. With a focus on monitoring IT environments and managing functional and technical support teams, Vishal has a proven track record in customer success and technical account management. Prior to Icertis, Vishal worked at Microsoft as a Senior Technical Account Manager, ensuring service profitability and managing key stakeholder relationships. Vishal also held various positions at BMC Software, where responsibilities included managing technical support teams and engaging with premier customers. Earlier in the career path, Vishal worked at Convergys India Services and Tata Business Support Services Limited, gaining valuable customer support experience. Vishal holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
