Andy Read

Andy Read serves as the Vice President of Government Solutions and Global Head of Government Solutions at ICEYE since September 2021. Previously, Andy held the position of Vice President in the Public Sector Practice at Guy Carpenter, where responsibilities included managing public sector accounts and leading the flood practice. Prior experience at FEMA included roles as Executive Officer and Emergency Management Specialist, providing senior leadership support for disaster management programs and overseeing flood hazard mapping initiatives. Andy's career began at URS Corporation, focusing on technical support for FEMA flood mapping and mitigation projects. Andy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2009.
