Catalin Daniel Neagu

Catalin Daniel Neagu is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as a Space Mission Manager at ICEYE since April 2022. With a background in aerospace engineering, Catalin gained valuable experience as a Mission Engineering Intern at ICEYE and contributed as a Risk Management and Logistics team member at AREX from February 2022 to September 2023. Additional roles include serving as a Mimir Fellow with MIMIR Fellows and Event Producer for the Aalto Entrepreneurship Society. Catalin's technical expertise was further developed as an ADCS Engineer for Project APTAS and through freelance writing and translation work during the pandemic while employed at Upwork. An internship in Aerospace Design Engineering at ALTEN Delivery Center Bucharest provided early industry exposure. Catalin holds a Master of Science in Space Technology and Information from Luleå University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Structural Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
