Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel Group, focusing on processing reports for insurance purposes, a Production Manager at Eyoha Media, managing online campaigns, and a Land Use Service Desk Agent at the Addis Ababa City Administration Office, preparing land use maps and legal documents using ArcGIS. Leul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Project Management and International Management from Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych in Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University.
