Stan Ajemian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, product management, and data analytics. Currently serving as Director of Education and President Elect at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Colorado, Stan is committed to enhancing the coaching profession through high standards and global networking. As the CEO and Founder of Being the Change Coaching, Stan specializes in transformational leadership coaching, emphasizing self-knowledge and authenticity. Previous roles include Vice President of Data Analytics at OptioSurgical, where Stan focused on optimizing surgical spend, and Director of Product Management at Vaporox Inc., leading marketing initiatives for medical devices. Stan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Medical Science from the University of Calgary and certification in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network.
