Austin Mann

Austin Mann serves as the Director of Corporate Development at ICF, overseeing due diligence efforts during the acquisition of CMY Solutions and managing communications with seller management. Previously, Austin held notable roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Lead Associate in Corporate Strategy & Development, where M&A initiatives were spearheaded, and served as the execution and integration lead for strategic business sales. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Springstone, Inc., focusing on strategic planning, market intelligence, and financial modeling, along with internships at Humana and tutoring roles at Indiana University Southeast and Ivy Tech Community College. Austin holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies, with additional certification as an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert.
