Brad Norton

Brad Norton is a Principal at ICF International, where responsibilities include supervising teams to support programmatic permitting under the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. With a career spanning over three decades, Brad has progressed from Project Coordinator at Jones & Stokes Associates to Senior Project Manager and then Associate Principal at ICF International, where expertise in preparing large-scale habitat conservation plans and managing environmental permits has been demonstrated. Prior experience includes managing the state-wide Waste Reduction Awards Program at the Local Government Commission and overseeing CEQA and NEPA documents throughout various roles. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis, and studies in Ecology at UCLA.
