Carrie Kocot

Carrie Kocot is the Managing Director at ICF, where they have held multiple roles since joining the company, including Senior Manager and Lead Technical Project Specialist. They previously served as an Analyst and Associate at ICF International. Carrie also gained experience as a Research Assistant and Lab Manager at the Vanderbilt Infant Learning Lab and worked as a Policy Research Intern at the Children’s Defense Fund. They hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Child Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Cognitive Studies, both from Vanderbilt University.
