Carson Young

Carson Young is a Senior Climate Resilience Specialist at ICF, where experience includes roles as a Climate Resilience Specialist, Climate Resilience Analyst, and Climate Resilience Researcher since July 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Environmental Defense Fund as a Consultant and Natural Infrastructure Intern, focusing on the analysis of natural infrastructure projects. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation and a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida, supplemented by ongoing education in Conservation Science at the University of Kent. Early research experience encompasses assessments of non-native plants for the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences and participation in technical acoustic soundscape research in Costa Rica.
