Christopher Narducci

Christopher Narducci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in disaster recovery, policy development, and research. Currently serving as the Director of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation at ICF since June 2022, Narducci previously worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for nearly nine years in various roles, including Social Scientist and Disaster Recovery Specialist. Prior to that, Narducci gained research experience as a Research Associate at The Urban Institute and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy. Narducci’s earlier career includes roles as an ESL Instructor, a Program Lead at FEMA, and a High School English Teacher. Narducci holds a Master of Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
